The New to Public Health (N2PH) Residency Program is a 12-month, accredited professional development program designed to support new public health professionals as they transition into a governmental public health agency. The program is based off the Foundational Public Health Services model and includes an online learning course, synchronous discussions, an evidence-based practice or quality improvement project, peer networking, and a mentor.
N2PH is currently accepting applications for the next cohort through July 8, 2022. If you are interested in participating, or know of someone who is interested, please encourage them to apply here. The anticipated start date of this cohort is August 2022.
Please note, there will be a fee of $1,000 per resident accepted to the program. Scholarships may be available. Details about payment and scholarship will be available upon acceptance to the program. For additional information, please contact new2publichealth@son.wisc.edu.
