Community Advisory Board

The UWPRC Community Advisory Board (CAB) guides the research, translation, and activities of the UWPRC. The CAB identifies research priorities and emerging issues to set the research and translation agenda of the UWPRC. In addition, the CAB advises the translation, dissemination, and implementation of research findings of the UWPRC.

The CAB is comprised of 26 individuals who understand how programs, practices, and policy impact maternal and child health in Wisconsin communities. The CAB has equal representation from community members with lived experience relating to health and equity (Family Circle Members) and individuals who represent community-based, local, and state organizations that provide services and advocacy around maternal and child health (Organizational Partners).
