Affiliate Program

The UWPRC welcomes faculty, trainees, and staff who are interested in furthering our mission and vision to join us as an affiliate. The affiliate program is open to faculty and academic staff at UW–Madison and other academic institutions in Wisconsin.

As a UWPRC affiliate you will have access to:

1. Technical Assistance consultations on community engagement in research, chronic disease prevention in maternal and child health, and health equity.
2. Our network of community and academic partners for potential collaborations in research and dissemination and implementation.
3. Promotion of your relevant research, trainings, or events through our communication network.

We may ask affiliates to:

1. Share their expertise and collaborate with UWPRC faculty, staff, and community partners.
2. Review grants for the Small Grant Program (faculty only; program currently on pause).
3. Help promote the UWPRC’s work to academic and non-academic audiences.
4. Respond to requests for information for reporting and evaluation purposes (e.g. biosketch/CV, publication lists, brief surveys).
