Wisconsin Public Radio recently reported on the mental health program supporting farmers, Farm Well Wisconsin. The goal of Farm Well Wisconsin is to support and promote the health and well-being of farmers, farm workers, and their families by building social connections in the rural communities of Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Richland counties. Farm Well Wisconsin is funded through a five-year grant from the Wisconsin Partnership Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health awarded to UW-Madison Prevention Research Center Community Advisory Board member Southwestern Wisconsin Community Action Program.
