The Colorado School of Public Health (ColoradoSPH) and the Department of Community and Behavioral Health has an opening for a full-time position at the rank of Associate or Full Professor, Tenure Track.
The Community and Behavioral Health Department in collaboration with the mHealth Impact Lab is hiring an Associate or Full Professor with expertise in substance use with experience with design, delivery and evaluation of mobile and digital health solutions, including but not limited to those delivered to diverse audiences via social media, through apps, and text messaging. The person who is selected for this position will serve in a leadership role as Director for the Applied mHealth Research Core for the mHealth Impact Lab, with responsibility for realizing our mission to cultivate and curate mobile and digital health initiatives with equitable impact. The incumbent will also teach courses related to substance use and advise graduate students in the Population Mental Health and Wellbeing MPH program within the Department of Community and Behavioral Health. Ideally, the candidate will have expertise in teaching and mentoring students from myriad socioeconomic, racial and ethnic backgrounds and those who represent individuals with diverse gender identification and sexual orientation.
