A collaboration between the Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality(WCHQ) and the Health Innovation Program (HIP; program since 2007) resulted in important resources to measure, understand, and address statewide health disparities including the 2019 and 2020 Wisconsin Health Disparities Reports. Dr. Jennifer Weiss (HIP investigator, KL2 scholar, and 2009 ICTR Pilot Awards Program awardee) and community partner Matt Gigot (WCHQ) gave a seminar detailing the resources for the UW SMPH Department of Population Health Sciences.
