The UWPRC is looking to hire for an important position on our team.
The UW Prevention Research Center is looking for a project manager to coordinate the activities of a CDC sponsored, state-wide, COVID-19 vaccine promotion project. The project manager will oversee day to day operations of the project, with the Study PI, co-Investigators, and UW PRC leadership and work closely with community partners. Tasks include coordinating meetings and activities with community partners, communicating with stakeholders locally and with the CDC, supporting evaluation activities, and ensuring that timelines are developed and deadlines are met. With the PI, the project manager will also oversee the development and implementation of trainings and educational materials (written materials, PSAs, social media) to promote vaccine uptake to be distributed in collaboration with community partners. Training activities will be developed with community input, implemented and evaluated in community settings.
Bachelor’s degree required. MPH or other relevant Master’s degree preferred.
