Larissa Duncan, PhD, is a Core Faculty member of the UWPRC. She is the Elizabeth C. Davies Chair in Child and Family Well-Being and an Associate Professor of Human Development and Family Studies in the School of Human Ecology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Duncan’s research focuses on the pathways through which contemplative practices can support healthy child and family development with other evidence-based strategies for prevention and lifecourse health promotion. She will work on center activities and will specifically contribute to supporting the expansion of prevention research and training on campus.
